Anstin Adona

Founder & Agency Owner

I founded The Adona Agency on a conviction that most agents overlook: that the best insurance relationship isn't about products. It's about trust. With a career built across diverse sales environments, I came to understand early that genuine relationships and honest conversations produce better outcomes than any high-pressure approach ever could.

I'm a husband and father of twins, and I bring that same family-centered perspective to every client I serve. I know what it feels like to want someone you can genuinely trust explaining something as important as what protects your family or your livelihood, which is why transparency isn't a selling point here. It's the foundation.

Today I serve a wide range of clients across personal lines, commercial coverage, and specialty risks, from private households and high-value estates to small business owners and community leaders across the Pacific Northwest. My work extends well beyond the office, and I believe it's that community investment that makes me a better advisor to every client I work with.

Community Involvement

Invested in the Communities I Serve

My most meaningful professional relationships haven't been built in boardrooms. They've been built in communities, showing up, contributing, and earning trust long before any policy is ever written.

Korean-American Business Community

KAGRO

Korean-American Grocers Association of Oregon

For years, I've been a trusted advisor and active supporter of KAGRO, the backbone of Korean-American grocery and independent small business ownership in Oregon. I understand the real-world risks and commercial exposures that these business owners face, and I've shown up for this community not just as an insurance professional, but as a genuine partner.

From participating in fundraising events to helping business owners navigate commercial coverage, property liability, and succession planning, my involvement with KAGRO reflects a commitment that goes far deeper than a client roster. These are relationships built on mutual respect, shared values, and years of showing up when it matters.

Korean-American Cultural Community

KSO

Korean Society of Oregon

The Korean Society of Oregon has been a cornerstone of Korean-American cultural life in the state for decades, and I've embraced the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way. Through fundraising events, community gatherings, and serving as a resource for members navigating both personal and business insurance decisions, I've become a familiar and trusted presence within the KSO community.

My involvement with the KSO isn't about visibility. It's about values. The people who build and sustain Oregon's Korean-American community deserve an advisor who knows them, understands their world, and has earned their trust long before they ever need to file a claim. That's the standard I hold myself to.

What I Believe

Trust Is Earned First

I've never believed in selling someone coverage they don't need. My goal is to earn your trust before we ever get to a policy, the same way I've done it in every community I've been part of.

Community Is Everything

My work with KAGRO and the Korean Society of Oregon isn't separate from my career; it is my career. Real community investment makes me a better advisor and a more informed advocate for every client I serve.
